Inclusive 1 month duration, 2 sessions a week. Starting April 7, Monday and Wednesday, 4-5 PM
Prepare your body for birth with confidence, strength, and expert support. This 4-week prenatal training program is designed and led by Esraa Janahi, PCES, BRM, BRB Teacher Trainer, specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness and pelvic health.
Through individualized programming and expert guidance, you’ll focus on functional movement, core and pelvic floor connection, and building the strength and resilience needed for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support you through every trimester with modifications specific to your stage and needs.
