Return & Refund Policy – Dynamic Fitness Bahrain

At Dynamic Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality services both digitally and in person. This policy outlines our return and refund terms in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Bahrain, ensuring transparency, fairness, and consumer rights protection. It applies to all offerings, including digital products, personal training services, and gym memberships.


General Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible products and services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, usage status, and circumstances, as described below.

Digital Products

(e.g., programs, downloadable content, virtual plans)

  • Refunds are available only if the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once the content has been accessed or downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable, as per Article 14 of the law concerning digital content.
  • Digital consultations or one-time virtual sessions are non-refundable once completed, unless:
    • There is a technical error on our side, or
    • A failure in service delivery occurs.


Gym Services

(e.g., memberships, personal training packages)

  • If the service (e.g., membership or personal training) has not been activated or used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once activated or partially used, the service is non-refundable.
  • In cases of medical conditions or emergency preventing participation, a refund or service freeze may be considered if:
    • You submit a valid medical certificate or official documentation.
    • The management reserves the right to offer a credit, extension, or service freeze as an alternative to a refund.


Issues with Digital Content Delivery

If you did not receive access to your purchased content, or experience a technical error (e.g., wrong file, invalid access link), please notify us within 48 hours via admin@dynamicfitnessbh.com. We are obligated to investigate and resolve such issues promptly and fairly, in line with consumer protection standards.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Used or activated gym memberships or training sessions
  • Discounted or promotional services, unless otherwise required by law


Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.


Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Directorate under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, in accordance with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law.
