
Esraa Janahi
Esraa Janahi is the founder of Dynamic Fitness and Dynamic Woman, two platforms built around strength, education, and empowerment. Her journey into fitness was fueled by her own drive to understand the human body and help others move better. After leaving behind a corporate career, she stepped into the world of fitness with one goal: help people take control of their bodies and their lives.
She’s a Certified FRC Mobility Specialist, Certified Rehab Trainer, Certified PSS Youth Strength & Conditioning and Speed Coach, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Certified Kettlebell Instructor, Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and a BRM-Certified Birth Coach. Over the years, she’s been mentored by top medical professionals, training alongside osteopaths and physiotherapists — experiences that sharpened her eye for movement quality and deepened her approach to training.
Esraa is also a Certified BRM Birth Coach and a Certified BRB teacher trainer and proponent of the Empowered Birth Program, which blends strength, mobility, breathwork, and education to help women prepare for birth like the athletic event it truly is. Her own unmedicated birth — which she describes as empowering — reflects her belief in movement, preparation, and mindset over fear.
Whether she’s coaching clients through deadlifts or diaphragmatic breathing, Esraa brings equal parts empathy, energy, and science to every session.

Sandeep Menon
Sandeep is a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in strength training, hypertrophy, and building functional strength. His background as a competitive physique bodybuilder taught him discipline, precision, and how to program for real, lasting results — whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or rebuilding strength post-injury.
Before shifting into fitness full-time, Sandeep worked as an IT consultant in Toronto, where his passion for training started as a side pursuit. That tech background still shows up in his coaching — structured, data-driven, and results-focused. He’s coached competitive athletes, rehab clients, and senior citizens, as well as top executives, who needed high-impact training tailored to busy lives.
His years of playing basketball also shaped his understanding of athletic performance — experience he now draws on when designing programs that build capability, not just aesthetics.
A strong advocate for lifelong strength, Sandeep is especially passionate about working with older adults. One standout story: helping his 75-year-old father progress from a 2 kg to 80 kg deadlift in under two years.
At the core of his coaching is the Functionally Strong philosophy — building strength that carries over beyond the gym, into everyday life.

Anastasiia Shymanska
Anastasiia Shymanska is a Ukrainian coach with a background in competitive athletics and a Master’s degree in Fitness and Recreation. Her training style blends strength, mobility, and movement flow — shaped by years of hands-on coaching experience in both Ukraine and Mexico.
She holds multiple certifications including TRX FTS and RIP, Metafit, Blackroll, and Strength & Conditioning, and is certified in Animal Flow Level 1 and 2. As the Regional Leader for Animal Flow Bahrain and Ukraine, Anastasiia has led international workshops and advanced training, helping clients and coaches alike explore movement in a more connected, intelligent way.
At Dynamic, she works with a wide range of clients, with a special focus on teenagers — helping them build foundational strength, coordination, and confidence. She’s also currently pursuing the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification, allowing her to support women through pregnancy and postpartum with safe, strength-based training.
Whether it’s youth development or prenatal support, Anastasiia’s goal is to help clients move better and feel stronger — in and out of the gym.

Hashem Alwadaei
With over a decade of experience as a professional basketball player — including three years representing Bahrain’s national team — Hashem Alwadaei brings elite-level athletic insight and discipline to every session. After retiring from the court, he transitioned into coaching, earning certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, and rehab-focused training.
At Dynamic Fitness, Hashem specializes in strength development and rehabilitation. His approach combines the structure of high-performance sport with evidence-based training methods, helping clients improve movement, build strength, and recover with intention.
